10.0I liked the Park that was just one street away. And then the Main station was just about a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. That was very useful. On the other hand there was a bike station very close by too. So eather u could walk to the station or just ride a bike.

6.0There are variety of rooms offered under the same "double room" title and pricing, mostly good, but one bad. Unfortunately, I was offered the bad one. I noticed that most of the bad reviews came from the customers who had similar situation as mine: got a bad room, I had to fight hard to get a decent room at the end. But the same story may continue for the next encounter when I check in to this property again soon, 8 more times.
