6.0موظفين الأستقبال عند وصولنا كانوا طيبين ومتعاونين وبشوشين
− لم يعجبني المكان حيث كان هناك موظفين أستلام السيارات لم يقوموا بالأحترام وتأخير حركة السير ويقودون السيارات بسرعة في مكان ضيق ، والغرفة ليست جيدة حيث أن الأثاث قديم والسرير غير مريح ولقد تم إغلاق الكهرباء علينا من الساعة 10،20 مساء ولغاية الساعة 12،18 صباحاً ولم يساعدوننا حيث أننا تواصلنا معهم عدة مرات ، ولم يساعدوننا في تنزيل الشنط عند مغادرتنا حيث أنني تواصلت معهم ولم يأتوا لمساعدتنا في حملها.

Amazing hotel, so close to the metro so it's very easy to move around the city!
10.0The service in general was great! All the staff always helped us with doubts and requirements. The bedroom was like a suite and the view, wow! Breakfast with several options even Indian and Arabic food.
