Overall, I had an okay stay here. Pros: -The lady at the check-in counter was very kind -Central location and close to a lot of amenities -The nightly rate was reasonable -Strong Wifi -Rooms were charming and nicely decorated -Ground floor suite was convenient as you can drive right up to your door. -Air conditioning was solid Areas for improvement: 1) I was staying here during a heatwave and thus was needing to shower more often. However, when I asked the staff for more towels, they said that they could only provide 2 towels per day and were not nice about this. If a customer asks for more towels, I think that they should simply provide more towels. I found them to be a little cheap in this regard. 2) The room was lit mainly with lamps and thus felt too dark at times. I would recommend adding more central lights for the room. 3) This hotel has a lot of suites and thus their garbage bin overflows quite quickly. I recommend that they purchase more bins from the city and place more bins around the property vs just having 1 large bin at the back of the motel. 4) This hotel does not have laundry facilities! Considering that a lot of people are checking in here after having spent extended time on the road (truckers etc), I strongly recommend that they install at least a single washing machine/dryer for their customers.

Rien. Il m on refusé à la réception sous prétexte que j avais un petit chien et pourtant quand j’ai fais ma réservation, j avais choisi cette hôtel car j avais lu que les animaux étaient acceptés donc j’ai été obligé de repartir. Le gars a l entrée m a dit même si c’est mentionné que les animaux sont acceptés, je ne l accepte pas. Il était 16 h a mon arrivée et pas possible d annuler la réservation puisque c était le jour même donc très déçu et j’ai du m en aller et me chercher un autre établissement que j’ai payé beaucoup plus cher mais qui ont accepté mon animal après une recherche de 2h . C’est à croire qu on ne peut plus bouger de chez nous lorsqu’on a un animal et pourtant ce sont nos bébés. On veut les avoir avec nous.
