Será la última ves que visitaremos la encantada porque cada vez es más decadente el servicio
2.0Es 5 vez que vamos a la encanta por su ubicación y las veces anteriores la la experiencia había sido mejor
− Llegamos después de un largo día de manejar desde Nj y al querer usar los sillones de la sala resulta que estaban completamente mojados igual que la alfombra de las escaleras, un fuerte olor a químicos y en el área de la piscina en las fotos mostraban que habían sillas con mesa pero solamente habían 2 sillas y nada más fue bastante incómodo estar afuera por falta donde sentarnos y no teníamos mesas ni nada donde poner los alimentos

− Room was not cleaned properly, lock was broken on top of door , cracks in the walls ,remotes didn’t work to tv , pool was dirty , sugar ants all over the pool deck where they was crawling up your legs had to call front desk honestly nothing was really done about it bout 700 plus dollars I was expecting luxury
