Very Disappointing Stay, Definitely Not a 5-Stars hotel

− My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a five-stars property. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bed sheets, carpet, and towels were not clean, and I even found what appeared to be blood stains on some of the towels. The gym was also poorly maintained. The gym had a very bad smell, and the smell extended throughout the entire floor. It made using the facilities very uncomfortable. Another major issue was that the AC in the corridors was not working. When we mentioned this to one employee we met near the elevator, he showed no concern and did not seem to take the complaint seriously. The customer service was equally disappointing. The morning receptionist had a very poor attitude. When I asked for the hotel's contact number so I could follow up on my refund, he simply replied, "I don't know, Google it." This is completely unacceptable behavior for a hotel that claims to provide five-stars service. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and unprofessional staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend this hotel.
