− The Hotel name is not displayed on the building anywhere! We were dropped off ~ had NO idea your entrance was in an alley . And we spent 1.5 hours looking for it. A tiny buzzer only.. but not visible unless standing right at it. It honestly looked like an abandon building. Metal cage covering your entrance. Put a sign outside the entrance! Explanation should be given to guests upon booking…

− the hotel is on the 2nd floor WITHOUT lift. Nobody told us. the breakfast is not proposed or served in summer. there is no proper reception ; we ddin t see any one to talk or ask for a service.

− . Se avevi bisogno dovevi contattarli via telefono e se non sapevi fare le cose erano fatti tuoi. Stanze pulitissime e ampie ma il servizio non c’è proprio. Non c’è l’ascensore e fa sempre caldo in quella struttura. Sconsigliato
