10.0Location was amazing! Ski in and ski out. Just off the Jardin Alpine gondola. Great breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Hotel car took us to dinner one night when it was snowing hard. The staff goes above and beyond. We rented our ski gear at the hotel and they had all our gear waiting for us at 8:00 am. This is a terrific service! We were able to walk every where weather permitting.

Good, but hints of fawtly towers & slice of cheese
8.0It was a mix of great (staff super lovely and friendly, ski room was fantastic, nice to have pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, games room, etc) and a bit fawlty towers (shabby/dated decor and facilities, slightly chaotic service). The highlight was the ski room - best I've ever experienced. The lowlight is the fact they have the same entertainment in the bar every night (live singer doing his own take on pop songs. Lovely guy but there's only so much cheese one can take. Buffet breakfast was ok, dinner surprisingly good.
