Best B&B stay ever!
10.010/10 doesn’t do it justice. The room was so comfortable and clean. Everything you could possibly need and more is provided for your comfort. The breakfasts are incredible- such a range of choices and as we stayed for 6 nights we tried most of them! Beth & John are so welcoming and informative about local places to visit too. Really hope we will be back soon.

10.0Rural location, very peaceful. Room and facilities are fantastic. Beth and John, the owners, are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is memorable. Breakfast came at an additional cost, however it was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful experience all round and perfect for both Linlithgo and the short train journey to Edinburgh. It was my partners 60th birthday during our stay, Beth and John presented her with a lovely card, cake and a bottle of Proseco.... They didn't have to do that, but they did. Absolute class!! Don't hesitate, just book... You will not be disappointed!!

The breakfast was beautiful
10.0Great welcome from John upon arrival and he was very accommodating due to the fact that we arrived an hour and a half earlier than expected but invited us to the property. The setting is beautiful and the house and facilities were perfect. The cooked breakfast was incredible and we will definitely be going back again. Johns wife Beth was very nice and made us feel incredibly welcome and had a passion for photography as do I, which was very nice. Highly recommended 👍

10.0A friendly welcome, lovely room and ensuite. Very comfortable bed. Excellent tasty breakfast well presented. Beth and John were wonderful hosts. Would definitely stay at Arden Country House again.
