4.0Siendo una cadena americana nadie podía hablar una palabra de inglés y si bien había pagado alojamiento con desayuno no pude tomar el mismo. Hoteles.com tampoco ayuda mucho no hay donde enviar un Mail o contactarse con alguien que te ayude. Muy rápidos para vender pero no hay forma de pedir asistencia

10.0We stayed one night only when we traveled to Shaoxing for tourism purpose. The hotel location is good , closer to restaurants and public transportation. The hotel room is large and is clean. The bed is not the best but ok. It has nice view facing a park and nearby high rise buildings. I like the area since it looks like commerical but it is relative quiet and clean. Breakfast has many selections. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Per our request, they extend our check-out time without charging us additionally. I will consider staying here again, if I ever travel to Shaoxing in future.

10.0安い値段で、とても広い部屋、清潔で驚いた。飛行機が欠航し、チェックイン間に合わなくて日本から電話したが繋がらなかった。現地の中国の友人に電話かけてもらい説明してもらったから、スムーズに、２日目からチェックインできた。
