No words can express how amazing, kind, devoted & professional the staff at this hotel were! Deaw and his team were all exceptional. The time and effort made from the cleaners to management were phenomenal. Deaw, who spoke terrific English, was always on hand, he organised a room upgrade, flowers, fresh fruits, and a in-room massage after a 17 hr flight, nothing was any trouble for him, Deaw was full of local knowledge, he organised a rental car, airport transfer but more so he was always willing to help, assist and was kind , caring and an asset to the hotel! The hotel facilities were great, the rooms were stunning and resembled a rustic bygone era. The view from the room was exceptional Thank you Deaw and staff at Racha kiri. I would also like to mention the restaurant staff were lovely and thoughtful also.

− As I love the staff here, the resort itself is beautiful, well designed however slightly dated and in need of an update. It wouldn't take much to reflect the hotels former glory, as most of the areas are breathtakingly stunning and well maintained, but the room i stayed in was a little dusty, air-conditioning wasn't really cool (however a technician and fans were provided at first instance) and all was well and toilet occasionally had back up issues and wouldn't flush properly. The seats on the balcony could use replacing, however Deaw showed me the deluxe rooms before I left and they were out of this world and would have loved to stay in these rooms. The food in the restaurant wasn't upto a standard I felt the hotel deserved, whether or not it was due to low season and food was nuked in a microwave or frozen defrosted then refrozen, it just wasn't as fresh as I hoped it would be, although good, I was quite ill the following day, however the staff were the kindest, most honest human beings I have ever met in any hotel.

スタッフのおもてなしの気持ちが感じられ、心地いい滞在ができた。 期待を大きく上回るホテルサービスや施設だった。レストランも素晴らしい。

− プールの出入りは、海側の1ヵ所しかなく、明らかに不便。改善をお願いします。
