6.0The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good. Free coffee or tea in the room and in the lobby, with flavored cream options, as well as a diabetes friendly sweetener option.
− We booked the jacuzzi suite for two nights. The jacuzzi didn't work. The pump made air-movement sound, but the jets didn't make bubbles. Presumably, the air hose inside the tub was disconnected. There was also a lot of unnecessary confusion amongst the staff about the duration of our stay, which required multiple conversations with frontdesk staff. Housekeeping knocked, then entered our room while we were still in bed. Then housekeeping staff didn't go into our room once we left for the day, even though front desk said they would be going in while we were out to do our towels/trash.
