Gute Innenstadt Lage
9.0Das Hotel Weisses Haus liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig. Alles ist fußläufig entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das Personal frischt immer wieder auf. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Lage und sehr umsichtige Servicemitarbeiter.
7.0Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, sehr nettes Servicepersonal. Leider hatten wir zuerst ein Zimmer im 2. Stock im Hinterhaus ohne Fahrstuhl. Das war auf Grund einer temporären Gehbehinderung sehr beschwerlich. Ein super netter Mitarbeiter hat uns kostenlos ein anderes Zimmer in zugehörigen Weißes Haus Art Hotel angeboten, dass im Erdgeschoss lag uns unser Problem sofort gelöst hat, vielen Dank nochmals dafür!
− Das zuerst angebotene Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Nacht trotzdem ok.
Leider nicht so erholsam und schön wie erwartet
7.0Das Haus an sich ist sehr charmant und das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung und bei schönem Wetter gibt es die Möglichkeit, dieses draußen zu genießen.
− Es war leider zu laut: Das Standard-Einzelzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, den man deutlich hört, und hat Fenster zum Hof/Parkplatz. An beiden Aufenthaltstagen wurde ich 6 Uhr früh durch Lärm geweckt – einmal telefonierte jemand lautstark, das andere Mal klirrte Geschirr und wurden Wagen für Wäsche oder Essen über den Hof gezogen. Für den gehobenen Preis hätte ich auch erwartet, dass vor Ankunft der Gäste gründlicher gereinigt wird – neben und unter dem Bett lag viel Staub.
