Classy Hotel - Refurb Recommended
8.0Without a doubt it has 5* facilities, staff do their best, most speak basic English. A lot of young staff which is nice to see but no management/supervisor presence was seen during my time here. Hotel has character but a refurb is needed, especially in the rooms. More variety at breakfast wouldn’t go amiss either.

Nice for our one night stay
6.0Arrived late and left on the afternoon train to Moscow, so not much to say about this hotel other than the beds were narrow and need new mattresses. The breakfast buffet was in a nice room and had a variety of offerings. The coffee machine came with too much sugar already in the coffee, but staff was able to get a decent cup of coffee without using the machine. Variety of fruit and pastries plus various Asian dishes. Had no problem with the Wifi.

10.0A spacious hotel, with nice and helpful staff..All requests were met with a willingness to make our stay pleasant.close to Maxmillians Restaurant and brewery, where you can see how the locals enjoy nights out!
