8.0Location. Professional staff.
− Part of the hotel is under renovation. Likewise, hotel no longer has a buffet breakfast, just à la carte, which is fine, albeit unusual.
Great location for the old hotel which needs reno.
7.0Breakfast, closed shower which prevented flooded bathroom. Staff were very curtious and professional.
− Hotel needs renovation and upgrade if old bathrooms. This is being done at the moment. We did not experience construction noise until just before check out.

6.0− We enjoyed our stay overall, but unfortunately, we were charged for minibar items that we did not use. After check-out, we were charged for items allegedly taken from the minibar, even though we did not use the minibar at all. These charges are completely unjustified and do not reflect what actually happened during our stay. We expect hotels to treat their guests fairly and honestly. Unfortunately, this situation has seriously damaged our trust in this property. We strongly recommend that future guests carefully review any additional charges before making payment. We believe guests should only be charged for services and products they actually use. We hope the hotel reviews this matter and corrects the mistake. This experience left us disappointed and negatively affected our overall impression of the hotel.
