1.0よかった点が全くいいほど無かった。
− まず駐車場が無く、後からいろいろと移動させられた。周りの店舗に片っ端から駐車させると言う不思議さ。朝食も混雑し過ぎて落ち着いて食事ができない。何たるホテルなんだろう。

5.0VODがあったこと。 空気清浄機があったこと。 デスクにLEDスタンドライトがあったこと。
− WOW WOWは大した番組をやっていないので、VODをさらに充実させていただきたい。 裾野インターと違い製氷機が置いてない。

− さすがに喫煙室でも臭すぎる。 電子タバコと葉タバコの部屋は変えて欲しい。 風呂がかび臭かった。
