2.0Terrible.. requested additional key. Refused. AC didnt work. Informed. They couldnt do. Only air coming. No cold air. Always money oriented. Try to charge the money maximum. Paid for the meals separately. Still charged again. Double paid.

8.0Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The gym was disappointing as all the cardio equipment did not work and was not cleaned regularly. The massages at the Spa were excellent and the swimming pool was clean.

8.0Not the greatest but for one night was good, and comfy.
Poor service no customer service.
4.0Rooms are roomy and clean. Ac not working properly called reception 3 times no solid answer and resolution. Wifi Sucks speed on kbps. This is 2019. We had very uncomfortable night because of poor as temperature was 35 plus.
