7.0El desayuno y el personal. La limpieza de las habitaciones.
− Reservé una habitación con dos camas individuales. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una habitación de cama doble, para dormir 2 hermanos. Al día siguiente comenté en recepción si era posible el cambio, ya que mi reserva era de habitación con 2 camas individuales. Me contestaron, que al haber reservado por un vendedor que no eran ellos, el tipo de camas no se podían asegurar. Añado que yo no solicité el tipo de cama, porque mi reserva ya especificaba esa cama. El edredón debería ser mayor. Las almohadas muy cómodas. Sería necesario una silla más en la habitación, la temperatura era fría.

8.0Das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es alles, was man braucht (und mehr). Die Lage war perfekt, um am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen zu fahren oder auch vorher nochmals Amsterdam zu erkunden.
− Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne raus. Es war bis spät in die Nacht laute Musik draußen (wir konnten nicht ausmachen, woher), sodass Einschlafen wirklich schwierig war.
