− L'insalubrité des chambres Le fait qu'on nous attribue 2 chambres avec 2 lits 1 personne alors que nous avions réservé à l'avance et précisément demandé des lits doubles (pourquoi proposer cette option si vous n'en tenez pas compte ??) Mon conjoint est venu prendre des informations en amont de notre séjour et la réceptionniste a été désagréable (n'oubliez pas que c'est grâce à nous que vous obtenez votre salaire !) Pas de parking devant l'hôtel Aucun ménage de fait durant les 4 jours Nous avons terminé le séjour sans papier toilette Cet hôtel a été mis dans notre liste noire et nous n'y remettrons plus les pieds !
