8.0What we did not appreciate, was not being accommodated for showing up two hours early after driving 650 miles straight. Room fully paid for and ready when we arrived. But we had to sit in our vehicle in parking lot because they wanted to charge us $30.00 to check in early.

6.0There is no elevator, our room was on the second floor, and when we checked out early because my legs could not handle the stairs, they were not concerned and said our refund would be up to expedia because we booked with them. One week later we called them about a refund and they said they did not have to give us a refund because we did not give them 48 hours notice. So they got payment for 2 days that we weren't there.
