Beautiful place, food not good, cleanness embarrasing
6.0The rooms were beautiful but not clean. The inside of the shower door was disgusting. So was the telephone. One day they had a party in an extra room and then the hotels public toilet was disgusting for the whole day and evening - and even the next morning. The food is less than average but super expensive

6.0Etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Renovierungsstau) große Zimmer Restaurant erstklassig gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis, was man bei dem Zimmerpreis nicht sagen kann.
4 Sterne? Leider schon lange nicht mehr.

Schöner See- und Alpenblick
6.0Das Hotel bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf See und Alpen und besticht durch einen schönen Hotelgarten. Besonders genossen haben wir die große überdachte Terrasse. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, so dass man die Fenster nachts nicht öffnen konnte.

8.0Eine wunderbare und ruhige Lage. Das Hotel wäre wunderschön, aber man ruht sich auf den guten Namen 'Kaiserin Elisabeth' aus und lässt es meiner Meinung nach doch verkommen. Der Service im Restaurant war teilweise überfordert. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war sehr unbefriedigend. Die 4 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stammen wahrscheinlich noch aus Kaiserszeiten und sind nicht mehr zutreffend. Der Ausblick aus dem 2.Stock war allerdings umwerfend.
