Impensabile un albergo senza reception

La struttura e le camere sono molto graziose. Ottima la posizione per girare a piedi in pieno centro.

− La struttura tramite Booking mi ha comunicato di non avere una reception fisica e che al mio arrivo potevo lasciare i bagagli nella luggage room, successivamente mi hanno comunicato di poterli lasciare in camera anche se la stessa non era pronta. Non appena sono arrivato il codice che mi avevano assegnato non funzionava e non c’era nessuna persona con cui parlare, se non gli addetti alle pulizie che mi hanno detto che non c’era nessuna luggage room. Trovo l’assenza di una reception assolutamente assurda in un albergo e nessun check in online potrà mai garantire lo stesso servizio di una reception fisica. Se ciò non fosse già sufficiente, quando sono tornato nel pomeriggio per prendere possesso della mia stanza, mentre che mi stavo riposando un’addetta delle pulizie è entrata in camera, non sapendo che già fossi dentro. Il secondo giorno rientro in stanza verso le 16:30 e trovo un’altra addetta delle pulizie che stava sistemando la mia stanza comunicandomi che aveva bisogno di venti minuti per concludere, non permettendomi quindi di accedere alla camera. Per non tacere del fatto che l’ascensore era fuori servizio e la mia camera si trovava al terzo piano e quindi da raggiungere a piedi. Nemmeno la cassetta di sicurezza era funzionante e l’impossibilità di chiudere la stanza dall’interno con una chiave o un chiavistello mi ha turbato. In sostanza questo albergo manca completamente di organizzazione non essendoci nessuno a coordinare di presenza la struttura e quanto a sicurezza lascia a desiderare.

− 1. The entrance code to the building and to the room is the same. It is convenient for remembering, but I am not sure it is wise. I would consider providing two different codes. 2. The air was quite stuffy in the room, so I had to sleep with open balcony. 3. The mattresses are too soft

Self check in doesn’t work

The location, nice shower, clean room.

− The self checking in process did not work. And I was not the only case. The email I did receive said: arrive at anytime. It’s a self check in room. I was meant to receive an email prior to my arrival to receive my room number; entry hotel code number & entry room code number. I didn’t receive anything. There was a couple who arrived right after me and they were exactly in the same situation: no prior email, no entry codes; no room number. A gentleman at the reception sorted it out. Big thanks to him! I did receive an email prior to my check out to say that I should put the garbage in the bin, close the window and put back the AC to 17 degrees or I may be charged extra fees. After such poor customer service I think a threat of a penalty for not switching back the AC to an specific temperature or not closing a window is absurd. Besides, on arrival the AC was not at 17 degrees. The AC works in theory but it doesn’t cool down. The room was warm and stuffy. AC had no instructions The entry pad of the room is simple to operate once you know how it works but without prior instructions one must “play around” to understand how it works. Lift doesn’t work Room’s safety box was out of order Both mornings nobody was at the reception. Again, big thanks to the gentleman that helped me out to have everything sorted.

Situation

− Toutes les explications et personnel en langue anglaise pour un pays francophone !!!! Pas d'indications claires sur l'accès dans zone hyper centre piétonne ?? Galère en voiture !!!
