− The manager informed us that we received a complimentary room upgrade, which initially sounded positive. However, the upgraded room was unacceptable .. The walls were dirty, and the towels were very worn and even appeared unclean. After we complained, they replaced them with clean ones. The bathroom definitely needs renovation as it was outdated and not in good condition. The corridor on the 5th floor had no air conditioning and smelled unpleasant. On our last day, there was no internet access on the entire floor, and we were offered another room change, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was buffet-style but with low-quality products. The breakfast staff were polite, although communication in English was difficult. Overall, I do not recommend this hote

10.0La disponibilità, la professionalità, la cortesia di tutto il personale in particolare dei signori CHANDAN e NASIM che ci hanno aiutato con le prenotazioni. Se ritornassimo a Bhubaneswar, sicuramente torneremmo in questo hotel. Grazie a tutto lo staff cuochi compresi
