6.0Location and layout of the hotel, Looks great from photos, but quite Run down property and staff need more training on the hospitality side. Gym machine are all written and rusted, dont even bother going there. Swimming pool in a poor condition.
− Staff had very little knowledge about good hospitality, Hotel is quite run down now. Must have been good in old days. Very expensive compare to good hotels in Kochi. Signage to the hotel at night is very poorly displayed. Gym of the hotel is rusted and machine are not going. You have to ask for lots things normally hotel provide.
