− Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego apartamentu. Już od pierwszego dnia pojawiło się mnóstwo problemów. Płyta indukcyjna działa bardzo słabo – zagotowanie wody na makaron zajęło około godziny. Uchwyt od drzwi prysznicowych był urwany, a deska sedesowa była pęknięta i oderwana. Co gorsza, została po prostu położona na muszli, jakby wszystko było w porządku. Największym problemem były jednak mrówki – w apartamencie była ich cała masa, tworzyły wręcz “autostradę”. Po zgłoszeniu tego właścicielowi nie otrzymałam żadnej realnej pomocy ani rozwiązania problemu. Łóżko było mocno obdrapane i nosiło wyraźne ślady zużycia. Na tygodniowy pobyt zapewniono jedynie dwie rolki papieru toaletowego i jeden worek na śmieci. Jeśli planujecie dłuższy pobyt, musicie zaopatrzyć się we własne zapasy. Kolejna sprawa to parking. W ofercie jest informacja o darmowym miejscu parkingowym, jednak w praktyce nie ma wydzielonych miejsc. Przed budynkiem zmieszczą się zaledwie 2–3 samochody, a gdy są zajęte, znalezienie miejsca w okolicy jest bardzo trudne. Najbardziej rozczarowało mnie jednak podejście właściciela. Zgłoszone problemy zostały zignorowane i nie otrzymałam żadnej pomocy. Przy takiej liczbie usterek i braku zainteresowania ze strony gospodarza nie mogę polecić tego miejsca.

− We stayed in this apartment number 3. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted by a terrible smell, chemicals are used to kill mold, the windows are closed. If you are in the apartment, just look to the right after entering, you will notice mold. That day, they tried to hide the cleaning, mold, the ceiling is wet from the chemicals, the smell is terrible, the ceiling in the bathroom is also moldy. Then we booked the apartment for 3 people, we received two sets of bed linen. Therefore, 3 people had to sleep in one bed, because we did not want to use the third blanket without a cover because it had old yellow stains and old blood stains. It looked disgusting. When the agency contacted the owner, he didn't respond except for a message on booking saying sorry, sorry, maybe I can help, but I ordered 3 sets and didn't deliver, I wouldn't return, it's a complete mess, apart from the good location. These are the experiences of 2026-07-15.

The location was near the sea. Like a 5-10 min walk.

− For starters, the apartment had a very pungent mold smell. There was water on the bathroom ceiling coming from the apartment just above us, probably from the shower people took and water was dripping everywhere even near the ceiling’s lightning that of course has electricity running through it. The host never answered and simply ignored my ONE AND ONLY question in the whole stay, regarding the best way to get to the old town of Zadar because we wanted to see it. The bed had some sort of an over mattress and it had bumps. Sleeping on it was uncomfortable.

− Érkezéskor nem fogadott senki, nehezen lehetett elérni bárkit is, 16:00-tól lehetett csak bejelentkezni, előtte nem volt infónk ezzel kapcsolatban utána pedig rossz adatokat kaptunk meg először a bejutáshoz, nem működött a TV, be volt törve a képernyője, ennek a cseréje nem történt meg ott tartózkodásunk alatt, a hálóban az ágy melletti egyik lámpabúra le volt esve, a másik oldalon lévő lámpa nem is működött, ezt is jeleztük a kapcsolattartónak, reakciót nem kaptunk rá, a kanapé foltos/koszos volt, hajszálakkal volt tele

Зупинялися в цих апартаментах і залишилися дуже задоволені. Усе було чисто, охайно та затишно, а в самому помешканні тихо, що дозволило добре відпочити. До моря можна дійти пішки за кілька хвилин. Поруч є чудова піцерія, бургерна та продуктові магазини, тому все необхідне знаходиться зовсім близько. Дуже зручне розташування та приємна атмосфера. Однозначно рекомендуємо ці апартаменти для комфортного відпочинку!

We really liked everything, the apartment, the location, the restaurants, everything was within walking distance, we didn't want to leave.
