10.0This place was an absolutely godsend for our group after an intense week on our feet walking around Tokyo and Osaka. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the food delicious, and the onsen baths deeply relaxing. Also loved their gift shop! We want to come back for sure.

10.0The ryokan was awesome!!! The people were amazing. I have never been to a hotel with this level of service and attention to detail. The customer service was next level and the team worked tirelessly to make the trip a pleasure.
