10.0Welcoming friendly staff, excellent location and the bungalow far exceeded our expectations. The all electric hire car was a must to see all rarotonga has to offer, and avoid the island fuel prices.

A great boutique style beachside getaway.

Excellent stay on an incredible island
9.0Great, spacious bungalows right at the beach. The outdoor bathrooms are amazing. It is not the prettiest beach compared to the rest of the island, but you do have sunset.

Dream Destination
10.0This will be a long review - so many good things to say about Magic Reef. Right on the beach, its a real paradise that helps you relax, with the bean bags, lounges, hammock, tables and chairs, all in a stunning tropical setting. Each and every staff member was so kind and friendly. We were given an avocado from one lovely lady and had our very muddy boots cleaned for us by a thoughtful gentleman. Laurence is the most welcoming host, even giving us freshly ground coffee on our arrival. He and Simone really do an amazing job in all aspects of maintenance, environmental sustainability and staff care. The bungalows are phenomenal! Not only are they architecturally incredible, but the fit out and kitchen and bathroom products, crockery, furniture are all top quality. I really appreciated the full timber kitchen - it smelt divine! This place is a dream and hard to leave. The location is excellent with a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and plenty of off street parking. Thank you to the whole team who made our stay so special.
− Maybe some more beach lounges and bean bags by the beach. On a couple of occasions, they were all full.

You must provide their flight details, including arrival and departure times, at the time of booking by completing the Special Request box. This is very important to ensure the transfer shuttle will be at the airport to meet you and also because the hotel’s reception is not open 24 hours a day.
