10.0I stayed here for a week in October. Lots of Rain! The room was very comfortable. Staff were very responsive. The room was a very good value. I only checked-out because the nightly rate almost doubled. I would gladly return to this property.

4.0The key card did not work more than one time. It was ridiculous. House cleaning makes the bed and that’s it. There’s a soda cup on the floor of the bathroom that I’ve just been waiting for the house cleaning to pick up. They have reused water bottles with sink water in them. It’s super gross. Hallways stink. Pay the extra $15 USD and stay at waterfront down the street.

8.0I would be nice to change fresh beddings. When we got to the room it smells like the beddings was there for months. That"s my honest opinion. Thanks Staff are friendly.

4.0We had the Family room with kitchen, as soon as we enter the bedroom there’s tiny cockroaches on the floor & everywhere.

10.0The hotel was wonderful. The staff, just everyone so nice. There is a woman who sings and plays acustic guitar at night, very pleasent. Your in center city so yes traffic but still easy get taxie, shopping mail is only like 8 minutes to walk. It a great place, and yes very hot water for shower. This will be one of my main stays when i visit again.

8.0The staff were all great, breakfast was amazing. The room we were at needs an upgrade, it was outdated. Spacious room, nice working desk.
