Santa Cecilia is OK
8.0It is close to town centre (0.4km). Plenty places to eat and drink. Plenty to see, La Recoleta is worth the climb. Excellent place (2,800m) to acclimatise before La Paz etc. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and bread rolls with butter and jam and tea or coffee.

10.0B&B Santa Cecilia is a family owned B&B. People are friendly and helpful. 3km from bus terminal (20 B's by taxi). 10 mins walk to city center and walkable to spots. Hot shower. Simple breakfast (bread, tea, coffee and juice).
