My Experience of Holidaying with KTDC Tamarind was very nice. All staffs are very much co-operative and excellent in performance & service. I feel that all the resorts are excellent and value for money for all members. Especially Staffs of KTDC Tamarind are very dedicated and sincere. The atmosphere is so homely and we can never forget the wonderful experience we had at KTDC. We wish all success to the team of Tamarind KTDC. Best Regards,

TV WAS BAD WITH NO CLARITY ON THE CHANNELS, THOUGH THE PURPOSE OF STAY WAS NOT FOR TV . ROOM SERVICE WAS ONLY FOR WATER AND NO OTHER SERVICE

Goood...though temple was a little distance frm hotel...everything else were fine..affordable too

Worst hotel to stay

Worst hotel I had ever been. I had made the booking through hotel.com, but the staff had no clue about the online booking. They had just pushed me to make the payment at the beginning eventhough I had already paid the amount by my credit card while I was booking online. The room was in worst condition. the tiles were broken and came off. The toilet seat was shaky while seating. and water gush outside the bowel while flushing to make big mess. All together it was a very bad night . It has spoiled all the fun and relax of a pilgrimage to Guruvayoor temple. My advise to everyone dont book any hotel belongs to KTDC

It was not that good due to cleanness issue. The TV was not working and nobody there to attend. The staff is not trained to handle customer issues. Typical Govt attitude.
