− Having to put a key in to open the gates when driving in.
A great spot to stay for Fraser Island access etc… but rooms could have been better or cheaper $
4.0Location next to boat club and how close you are to the water with amazing views. Use of washing machine and dryer and kitchen appliances for family was useful.
− The smell of cigarette in the rooms (70) not ideal for young kids and furniture and appliances outdated - also limited hot water for showers was not ideal. Some renovations def needed in the interior of the rooms

− There was an issue where the hit water system began leaking through the top floor into the stairway ceiling - you have to call a generic number rather than someone actually on site to notify them
