5.0Breakfasts were good
− 38 steps to carry suitcases up and down and lack of responses to multiple emails and phone calls regarding check in. Information came for one of the two rooms 3 hours before check in and we were traveling for 6 hours to get there not knowing if we had the two rooms that were booked or how we could access one or both of them. We only had access to the front door. No staff on site other than breakfast time

− A lot of noise outside - traffic and football supporters on Saturday. But this cannot be avoided given the really good position in the town,
