10.0La habitación limpia, la alberca ideal para mis hijos, un ambiente tranquilo y familiar, el desayuno que nos brindaro sustancial y delicioso. excelente ubicación, accesos al centro y estacionamiento seguro, me agrado mucho el ambiente la infraestructura del Hotel pase con mi familia una estancia muy agradable y feliz.
− El horario de la alberca, ojala pudiera acceder un poquito más temprano.

9.0El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado. Todo estaba relativamente cerca. Las habitaciones muy comodas y el personal siempre muy amable.
− El desayuno estuvo bien, solo que era el mismo desayuno todos los dias. Hubiera preferido más variedad por el precio que pagué

7.0Buena ubicación, esta muy cerca de los lagos, hay una tienda a lado del hotel, instalaciones bonitas, cama amplia y cómoda, buena vista
− Llegue a la hora del check in (3:00 pm) y aun asi me hicieron esperar, a la gente que no le gusta el ruido puedes escuchar algo de tráfico, no me molesta pero solo para tomar en cuenta
