4.0La ubicación, es realmente buena, en el centro de Monterrey, todo queda cerca del lugar.
− Las instalaciones, al momento de bajarle al baño o cuando estás tomando un baño se escucha un fuerte sonido, preguntamos en recepción y nos comentaron que era por las tuberías viejas, otra cosa que no me gustó fue que entraron a nuestra habitación, solamente tocaron la puerta dos veces apenas íbamos a checar quien era y abrieron nuestra puerta solamente para preguntar "Si estábamos bien" lo cual fue realmente incómodo y molesto, lo reportamos a recepción y solamente nos dijeron que era "por si ocupamos algo o estábamos bien y una disculpa" aún así no se nos hizo correcto.
En general fue un buen servicio por el costo y fue bueno que incluyera el desayuno.
8.0Es buena opción en relación precio-calidad, está bien ubicado y puedes llegar rápidamente al metro y a diversas tiendas.
− Al llegar por la noche el personal de atención en la recepción no fue amable. Fue necesario preguntar varias cosas porque no nos las explicaron, solo nos pidieron identificaciones, firmar reglamento y nos dieron las llaves pero creo que habría sido adecuado hacer una correcta y amable bienvenida y explicar un poco más sobre servicios como lo del desayuno incluido o qué hacer si necesitábamos algo más en la habitación. El día de check-out no servía el elevador, pero nos permitieron usar el de servicio.
