Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Ausstattung und eigentlich schöne Zimmer.

− There were mice in our room. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until morning, when a mouse greeted us in the bathroom. It then scurried away from us, ran a lap through my suitcase, and hid. Afterward, we inspected the room and found mouse droppings in several places. My girlfriend’s pajamas had several spots of mouse droppings on them, and we found some in my bed as well. While these are unpleasant issues, they can never be 100% ruled out. However, the accommodation's subsequent reaction was a major disappointment. I went to the reception. Their initial reaction was simply to ask if I wanted an exterminator. Only after I specifically requested and insisted on it were we allowed to move to a new room—though not until the evening. When I mentioned that the mice had been in my suitcase, my girlfriend's pajamas were soiled, and there were droppings in my bed, I asked for our items to be laundered free of charge. After some waiting and discussion among the staff, I was told that four (!) items of clothing could be washed. Again, we had to ask for this explicitly; the resort made no such offer. No further compensation was offered for the fact that we had to pack up our belongings ourselves, were unable to use our room for half the day, and saw an entire day of our trip severely disrupted. For a resort that prides itself on high standards, this reaction was not merely inadequate—it was unacceptable. I would have expected a more accommodating approach to the situation. Instead, I was disappointed to find myself having to argue just to get a new room and to have only four (!) items laundered. Apart from this, we had a very pleasant stay; the rooms themselves are lovely, and the staff are generally friendly and professional. Nevertheless, the negative impression outweighs the positives.

Ambience was good. They gave me room on early arrival at 11 am. Staff were humble and very responsive. room size was good with a balcony. Breakfast had many variety and taste of food was excellant and staff at breakfast area was very cautious.

− Nothing in my veiw.

A must go back to property.

Loved the ambience,interior,greenery inside. Staffs were nice,rooms are super clean and best view with lagoon facing balcony. Loved the breakfast.

− All good,Only thing I wanted to ask you improve on the food. Breakfast was nice. But we ordered one biryani ,that was not nice .

Breakfast was average. Missing variety of items as compared to other 5star rated hotels.

− Mayfair gopalpur was serving evening snacks and tea as well as in the morning as a compliment for the guests, but the same was not available at Mayfair Lagoon bbsr. They didn't provide us battery operated vehicle for the in-house movement. There is no good place for children amusement. No theater is there as compared to other 5star rated hotels.
