4.0− The bed in room 304 we’ve stayed in room 304 twice the bed just terribly uncomfortable and it’s not that it’s small. We didn’t mind that it’s just that it not comfy.
Am leaving the state, but if keep residing here, would return!

Really let me down
2.0The air conditioning.
− This room was supposed to be upgraded. All the furniture was completely different than it was maybe seven years ago. They brought in all this icky furniture. The place looked completely different. It was supposed to have the aesthetic of a brothel room and it was supposed to be a haunted room. It used to be gorgeous. I was so excited when I booked this room only to get inside and have it look completely different. The curtains were this cheap velvety looking stuff. The really romantic couch that was in the corner was taken out and replaced by a refrigerator and just some lame chair. They removed the pretty ceiling fan and put in this really dank light. The bedside tables were replaced with these weird. I don't even know what they are. The armor that was in there is gone. It's just some little table now. The bathroom, the ceiling tiles were falling off. I paid $250 for this room and it wasn't even worth maybe 100. I was so disappointed on what it looks like now. I don't even have the words I feel like I got ripped off.
Nice to visit but not to sleep the night.

− Dog-eared. Lack of Mgmt oversight and upkeep.
Copper Queen is cool to see but not book a stay.

− Carpets in the hallways and stairways are dirty. No remote for the TV. The Receptionist went from nice to bipolar when I mentioned there was no TV remote in the room and the TB was on.
The weekend in Bisbee was fun in spite of our really lousy, expensive accommodations.
4.0Historic, nicely appointed, OLD hotel.
− We were put on the third floor. The elevator was OUT OF ORDER our whole stay. We are both seniors and all those stairs essentially ruined our stay. There was no attempt to accommodate us by placing us on the first or second floor.
