8.0Very helpful man on reception. Room basic but sufficient. Location is fantastic near the Castle and lots of plazas.

Lovely hotel, well situated near all facilities, helpful and friendly staff, good value for money.
10.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did an overnight stay, as a solo traveller, for an early flight the following morning. The staff helped me understand when and where to get the airport shuttle, which was not much more than a 5 minute walk. The hotel is well situated in the city with easy access to shops and restaurants and also to some of the sights. The room was lovely with tea and coffee making facilities. It was also very quiet. The air on in the room was good- it was 36C outside the day I arrived, but I felt very cool in my room. There was a good variety at breakfast with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff nearby to help if needed. Easy check in and check out. Would go again…and will recommend it to my friends.
