8.0I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. I was met at the airport with a sign and brought to the hotel without problems. The gym is pretty poor and needs some updates. I was permitted to use the pool without charge at the companion hotel. The only big problem was my check out and departure. I booked a return shuttle to the airport on the day I arrived. It was confirmed two hours and an hour before I needed it. But then it didn't show up. I started to panic, and got in a private vehicle that drove me part of the way to where the shuttle was waiting. It was very stressful. I made my flight with no problem, but this should not have happened.

4.0The staff were helpful and allowed early check-in as well as late check-out. Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants around. But services need a lot if improvement. The porch had been cordened off to keep unauthorised vehicles away but there was no one let the authorised vehicles in. No one even offered to helped with luggage even thought there were 6-7 steps to climb. Seems like they have only one set of towels as the uaed ones were taken away at 8.30am and were not replaced before 3 pm. Not even a hand towel. The taps not working properly. Hardly any water in the wash basin and difficult to direct water to the shower in the bath tub. Overall, a lot needs to improve.
