9.0Great location in El Born. Quiet and close to lots of great restaurants. Staff very friendly and a great room with a lovely double level terrace
− Rooftop bar was not always open until the times stated

8.0Great design choice. Staff were welcoming and kind. Enjoyed the bar area and food/drink was excellent.
− The pool was a bit of a scene. The person I took to be the manager was quite unpleasant and could use some lessons in hospitality. They have an 11am check-out and they tried to charge us being an hour late, which has never happened to me before in all my years of traveling.
Please note that the name of the cardholder must be the same as the name of the guest. The property reserves the right to cancel reservations if the names do not coincide.
