Advice to the owners, they need to take care of the customer experience

− The rooms were not very clean Breakfast buffet didn’t have good options No proper tea and coffee setup. When I asked about the tea they said we use 1 tea bag for the entire kettle Shower door was broken and no one came to fix it until next day after several requests Some of the staff were rude and unfriendly
