− Não gostei do barulho, pois do outro lado do nosso quarto tinha uma lanchonete com música e foi barulho do som. Quando finalizou a música, Era ônibus chegando, muito barulho, não deu pra dormir quase nada.

− Gostaria de relatar uma situação referente à minha estadia realizada através do Booking. Minha reserva estava programada do dia 2 ao dia 4. No entanto, no dia 3 precisei sair com urgência, pois meu filho sofreu um acidente e tive que permanecer com ele no hospital. Retornei ao hotel apenas para retirar minhas malas. Diante dessa situação inesperada, gostaria de saber como fica a outra diária que não pude utilizar. Tentei entrar em contato com a gerência do local, porém não obtive uma orientação clara sobre como proceder. Fico no aguardo de um retorno com esclarecimentos e, se possível, uma solução para o meu caso. Agradeço desde já pela atenção. Atenciosamente, Jenifer
