Resort with turtles at your door
10.0The room was clean and spacious with a large balcony looking over the water. Shower was good with lots of water pressure. The staff were sooooo friendly & helpful with everything we asked help with. Assisted us with a travel converter as the rooms only had UK PowerPoints, arranged a late check out helped with cushions for deck chairs etc Food in the buffet was nice with a good selection to cater for all tastes. Pool was a little warm however the ocean is at your door so it gives choice of where you want to swim. Location was excellent. Easy to walk to a supermarket, shopping, atms etc and the resort backed onto the beach. Best feature was swimming with the turtles each day right outside the resort boundary. Overall we loved our stay here.
Amazing Stay at Hika Tranz
10.0Hikka Tranz has the best location on the beach. Rooms are spacious, best part about the room is the balcony. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Water is good for hair wash. Hotel is very neat and clean. Service is good, staff is very helpful at the frkntdesk, beach and restaurant. Food is very tasty, has lots of options to cater to different guests. Its healthy and good for stomach. We came as a family of 5, My parents and child both enjoyed. We could see turtles at the beach itself, didn't have to go anywhere to enjoy the turtles and the beach. Good bar options as well. Our TV wasn't working, the technician, tried to fix it, that didn't work, so he replaced the TV, all under 10 mins. Tamasha at Restaurant and Harsha at front desk, made our stay comfortable. In all the stat was worth it and had memorable vacation.

8.0Great staff at the food and beverage special thanks to Kasah and Thilakasiri Loved the squirrels at the pool area - quite friendly and happy to climb on you and assist with your drinks. Turtles out the front of the beach area where happy to swim with people. Rooms were okay.
Good experience
8.0The holiday at Hikka Tranz hotel was a good experience. The location is excellent. Our room had beautiful views. The room was clean, although the bathroom could use an update. The pool area is very nice, and we especially liked its garden-like atmosphere. The proximity to the beach is a big plus! The service was mostly excellent. We especially remember our room attendant Dinesh. He always had a smile on his face and asked about how we were doing every day. The staff at the restaurant and the Tropic Bar were also extremely friendly, especially Renuka from the buffet restaurant, who was genuinely interested in our well-being. In addition, Chamod, Janitha, Prasad, Dinesh and Prasanna from the Tropic Bar deserves a mention.
