Disappointing and room in need of a makeover
4.0The kitchenette… however it was poorly equipped. Limited utensils, crockery and glass wear making it difficult to use. The location was excellent.
− The lobby was under renovation and we were not advised. We had to enter the building via an alternate entry and our room was above the construction , and was noisy from 7am. The room was 'tired' and not what we expected for the money. The mattress quality was poor and uncomfortable.

Personal admirable y ubicación muy buena. Pero estaba en obras.
9.0La ubicación. Pero sobre todo el personal en general y en especial Steven que nos ayudó en todo además de hablar español. Anika que nos hizo un update ya que la habitación era mínima. Albion y todos en general.
− El hecho de que estaba en obras con solo dos pisos habilitados. Para compensar daban un frugal desayuno en una pequeña "terraza". En octubre se reinaugurará como Webster
