4.0Property is located in a quiet and quant location decent small private beach with white grain sand Spa was decent - some good therapists Villa was large and laid out well
− Was disappointed with the quality of the staff. They were no responsive did not understand and attend to the requests promptly. When asked multiple times to request to speak with manager they simply ignored the request. Villa was not clean pool was dirty there was cigarette butts all over the villa, nut shells strewn all over the villa Breakfast was less than satisfactory, constant empty containers, quality was sub-standard One of the room which my son used actually had left over condom packets in the drawer … tells one of the housekeeping work!! Possible saving grace was that the spa was decent - although there too we had some issues but was made up by the spa later

7.0Peaceful location by the sea. Easy transfer to Nongsapura ferry terminal. Friendly staff. We enjoyed that our villa came with its own little pool. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices.
− Doesn't quite live up to the expectations of a 5 star property. Needs more maintenance and upkeep. Surprisingly large amount of trash on the private beach area. Within the resort area pricing of food and services are rather expensive.
