8.0A 2 star hotel in a great location with friendly helpful staff but it can get a bit noisy with lots of coming and going of coach parties. The room we had with a balcony was spacious and clean though it lacked the facilities of a more expensive and higher rated hotel such as air conditioning, fridge, desk. Could have used more hangers and hooks in the bathroom and maybe a cushion or 2. The pool area was kept clean and tidy and the jacuzzis were emptied and cleaned every day and were a welcome relief after a long hike. The included breakfast was varied and plentiful (though it was continental so no cooked foods) and again the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly.

8.0Nice hotel well positioned for the Lagos di Covadonga area. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms which were also quiet. We only stayed one night on a cycling trip, and were well looked after. A bit too cool for the swimming pool.

4.0Nos cambian de hotel se supone que por nuestro bien, nos mandan a uno perdido en el monte con muy buenas vistas y sin nada mas que hacer que contar vacas. La habitacion estaba en una planta baja con toda la gente paseando por las ventanas.Si buscas tranquilidad y hacer senderismo esta muy bien.

6.0Llegamos a las 21 de la tarde por un problema en carretera y con una niña de 10 meses, y el hotel estaba cerrado. Llamamos al número y a otro que dejaron en la puerta del hotel y 30 minutos hasta que nos lo cogieron. El hotel estaba cerrado por un problema técnico y nadie de Expedia ni del hotel se habiapuesto en contacto con nosotros para decirnos que estabamos reunicados en otro hotel de la cadena a 12 kilometros. El nuevo hotel es perfecto, pero me parece lamentable que nadie avise al cliente. Demasiada nota les doy

6.0Stayed there during a cycling trip. The room Needed air-conditioning. Breakfast was average. Pool was OK.My friends said that it was very noisy as they had rooms facing the road, but the back rooms that backed on to the river were quiet.
