8.0Il personale e' disponibilissimo e gentile. Pulizie effettuate sempre con cura. Colazione buona, peccato che le bevande calde siano da prendere a una macchina distributrice ma comunque buone. Wifi un po' capriccioso.

8.0Servizio molto efficiente. Il luogo è vicino a tutte le necessità. Camera pulita e accogliente. Il bagno un po’ piccolo. Disponibilità assoluta da parte del personale. Unico neo superabile è la colazione che purtroppo offre solo bevande calde da distributore automatico ma succhi e latte sono freschi.
Stay away from this place - here is why
2.0Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Even though they agreed to be there to check us in at 6pm (multiple emails), no one was there at all. Long and difficult time getting someone there to check us in. They lied to us about having a lift, which was in issue for me carrying luggage up stairs after recent shoulder surgery. When they say free parking they mean - try to find a place on the street somewhere in the area. We had to park a long distance from the hotel as the city streets are crowded and busy nearby. So BE WARNED - this place is nothing but trouble!

4.0The WiFi didn't work and when I asked about it the staff said it was my phone. My boyfriend couldn't pick it up either. The bad was rock hard. We had to take med the next day for it. The room was insanely loud with the staff being loud at 5 am with guests. Would not stay here again
