3.0The food was of a good quality, though more than fully priced, and the pool was enticing. The breakfast was lovely and the grounds were glorious.
− The room was extremely hot (I know it was a mini-heatwave) and the fan provided was woefully inadequate - much better fans were provided in a pub not 12 miles away at approx. half the room rate. For this price air-con should be the norm. The room, while pleasant in appearance, had a small television and the shower head was broken so that water no longer sprayed out, it just ran out through the big holes where the rubber spray nozzles should have been. Overall the venue seemed over-priced, the rooms were under maintained, and did not live up to expectations for such a high charge.

10.0The Park Hotel is a niche property, but not for you if you prefer a bland corporate hotel which looks the same throughout the World. But for style, character and charisma, you have found the right place. The staff are amazing and only too happy to help with whatever you need. If you need a grass tennis court, they have 2, if you need a quick game of croquet, the lawn is perfect and it’s all set up for you. Golf ✅, Helicopter pad ✅, Spa ✅, Swimming Pool - Inside and Outside ✅✅, EV chargers - plenty of Type 2 and of course, peace, seclusion and relaxation guaranteed. And full of history thanks to Iona O’Brien and her husband, which continues to this day. Plus an abundance of TV channels and fast Internet speeds provided by Ubiquity UnIFi Access Points
− If we have to be slightly picky, some Apple mobile devices were not liked by the system when signing up to the Internet Providers Terms & Conditions.
