8.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for where I needed to be. The facilities and room were pleasant, comfortable and clean. Had a cold shower in the evening, so I wasn’t sure if the hot water was on a timer. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

8.0Super-helpful check-in. Our room was up some twisty stairs and our huge suitcases would have been a disaster. Staff immediately found us a first floor room (US version) or ground floor (UK version). Room 7 is recommended! The place is family-style, food selections good and tasty - breakfast is heaven for bacon-lovers. Owner JJ welcomed us and drove us to airport in the hotel shuttle next day - note; he is the driver and as a tour guide is sometimes away, so the shuttle may not always be available. Staff will assist with arranging an Uber if necessary.
− We had no qualms about the area and safety. It was a bit noisy (outside traffic) but only in the mid-evening and then not until 7 a.m.. Regrettably the room has no streaming media, only DSTV which has been horrible for decades. WiFi worked fine for other devices.
