Knock hill visit
6.0I found that the property was in need of some major TLC paint peeling off the ceiling mould in the shower marks on the quilt I was informed that there was no breakfast with my room and not offered when booking in and not near any amenities

6.0On booking to stay at the hotel we thought breakfast was included but we're disappointed on a arrival to find it was not. The bed was very hard

4.0Clean towels and bedding and a comfy bed are the positives, disgusting black mould in the shower definitely a negative. The hotel needs a complete overhaul

2.0Got to the hotel, self check-in which was fine. Walked along the corridor, through a door down some stairs, holes in the walls, along a corridor, opened the door & the stech of urine was absolutely disgusting. Picked bags back up & walked out.
