Very misleading to advertise as a 3 star hotel

− This property did not meet my expectations for a hotel. There were no reception staff, and basic amenities such as a hair dryer and TV remote were missing from the room. Communication was only available via a web chat service, but my requests received no response. The room had very poor soundproofing, with thin walls and doors making it easy to hear other guests moving around and talking. There was also an unpainted patch on the wall where something appeared to have been removed, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Overall, the accommodation was very basic and felt much more like a hostel than a 3 star hotel. Considering the price, I expected a higher standard of accommodation. It was not inexpensive enough for such a basic offering to be acceptable.
Did the job
6.0The room was very decent and the check in process was very smooth. The location of the hotel was also great with many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall it was a good visit oi a budget hotel with a decent shared bathroom.
− The room had on one proper-sized pillow and one small half-ish? sized one. I initially messaged the property on booking.com to ask if they had any spare, in which they didn't respond. When I rang up they informed me they had no spare and there was nothing to be done, I felt I was met with a bit of a blunt 'can't help you' attitude :).
