1.0− Letti troppo piccoli e scomodi, cuscino pessimo, arredamento della stanza vecchio e deteriorato, asciugamani deteriorati, lavandino senza tappo e l'acqua non scaricava, per usarlo abbiamo dovuto (alle 22h) pulire lo scarico (abbiamo trovato un vecchio spazzolino da denti, capelli e 2 tappi di dentifricio, niente cuffia per la doccia, al posto della carta igienica delle veline quasi trasparenti troppo piccole per naso, il cavo dell'asciuga capelli pericoloso
